In the design of this project, CCDI has followed the three basic ideas of destination, diversity and participation, attached great importance to the design of public space, and fully utilized the public space to maximally lead the pedestrian flows to the commercial space, thus achieving the goal of increasing commercial value.
Architectural design:
•The “#”-shaped overall layout can maximally utilize the limited land area and enclose a broad rectangular square.
•Using diamond cutting techniques for reference in architectural molding, the four corners of the tower building are provided with cutting treatment to draw the outline of the an elegant building proportion, and sections of different angles are pieced and overlapped together with each other to create a dramatic texture effect.
•The overall effect is as dazzling as a diamond, and the unconventional facade texture endows the entire building complex with a unique personality, so that an elegant and prudent style stands out from the crowd of buildings nearby.

•Adoption of the steel reinforced concrete frame-core structure system
•Use of concrete-filled steel tube composite columns as outer frame columns; creative design of rectangular holes on steel tubes for the longitudinal reinforcement in beams to pass through, thus to conveniently shorten the construction period
•Use of concrete-filled steel tube composite columns as outer frame columns; creative design of rectangular holes on steel tubes for the longitudinal reinforcement in beams to pass through, thus to conveniently shorten the construction period
M&E design:
•Adoption of coiled tube type ice storage system in the project according to the electricity price policies of Shenzhen; use of electric boiler total thermal storage system to provide hot water for the apartment and effectively reduce the operational cost
•Adoption of variable static pressure-controlled VAV all-air air conditioning system in all the office divisions to meet high-quality office requirements and reduce energy consumption by the air conditioning system
•Design of refrigerating units with thermal recovery function for both the apartment and hotel, thus to both realize refrigeration and provide free hot water
•Adoption of power frequency water pump + high-level cistern gravity water supply for domestic water supply, which is both energy-saving and steady
•Full recovery and utilization of air conditioning condensed water, and design of a condensed water recovery pond in the basement to provide water for road sprinkling, greening and underground garage flushing and to save water resources
•Adoption of variable static pressure-controlled VAV all-air air conditioning system in all the office divisions to meet high-quality office requirements and reduce energy consumption by the air conditioning system
•Design of refrigerating units with thermal recovery function for both the apartment and hotel, thus to both realize refrigeration and provide free hot water
