The design not only considers general service functions, but also maximally provides office and scientific research units of different sizes to ensure the elasticity and growth potential of the building; based on different functional requirements, they can be conveniently combined and extended to create new service spaces. Its modeling design adopts blocks as its motif, produces a distinctively “dignified, steady, elegant and atmospheric” impression through rhythmic repetitions and intense vertical compositions, and aims to embody a rigorous academic atmosphere and build it into an important landmark building in Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park (SHIP).
