Through combining modern creative industry and cultural & artistic expo and exhibition, the planning has created a new downtown in Wuxi which integrates artistic centre, international education, theme club, fashion shopping, entertainment & leisure, high-end residences and five-star hotels, and aims to produce a highly dynamic open waterfront space and a highly variable landmark coastline in the extremely promising new downtown.
