The plane design of Harbin Bank Headquarters Building is inspired by lilac, the city flower of Harbin, and the project perfectly arranges four functional zones (i.e., super high-rise office tower, reception centre, gym centre and business office) in four ovals symbolizing four petals and links them up via the atrium. Based on continuous explorations and innovations, the design of the project has selected advanced and rational technical products to conduct multiple special researches targeting local climatic, cultural and other conditions, and has created a high-quality office building which perfectly matches with local landscape and characteristics. The electromechanical design of the hotel has introduced several special solutions to overcome the technical difficulties posed by the complicated topography.
