CCDI’s techno-economical service unit is dedicated to investment analysis and control during conceptual design, preliminary design and extended design of development projects. During the pre-design phase, the unit can provide related parties with professional techno-economical consultation and guidance by means of scientific analysis of data and indicators that have been collected for a long time to meet developers’ investment control objectives.
CCDI’s techno-economical unit was created in 2004. During its early period, the unit focused on CCDI’s internal businesses, and was mainly responsible for providing technical services during conceptual and preliminary phases of design projects. With CCDI’s business development as well as enhancement of the criteria and expectations for specialized design services, CCDI’s techno-economical unit has developed its capabilities in providing developers with professional consultation services to help meet investment control objectives.
