CNHTC Scientific and Technological Research Base is located on an industrial land in Hanyu area of Ji’nan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and integrates the functions of scientific research & office building, integrated office building, automobile exhibition hall, automobile laboratory, automotive vehicle parking garage, etc. The project is surrounded by high-end commerce, office space and living-dwelling quarters. The design of the park as a key national project must embody the characteristics of the high-tech zone, and also harmoniously blend into the regional environment to reflect the characteristics of the city. The overall modeling of the 180m-high landmark building is inspired by the gesture of the upwelling of spring water, and is combined with the treatment of glass curtain wall, implying upward growth and sustainable development. Corresponding to the “East Lotus & West Willow” pattern of Ji’nan Olympic Sports Centre and aims to create a “Heaven of Springs”-themed high-tech zone, our design has perfectly incarnated the atmosphere and glory of CNHTC as a century-old enterprise.
