The design adopts an enclosing layout, uses continuous overhead arcades to provide carriers for the internal “industry-university-research cooperation” arrangement, and reserves a concentrated site to the largest extent to build a central garden. The tower is combined with the interlayered hanging garden, naturally flows out in modeling, emphasizes a pure and concise sense of modeling beauty, and embodies an innovative and upward drive. The extremely concise vertical lines and the operable ventilation fans behind them can not only save glass area and achieve an aesthetic appearance, but also save the energy consumed by air conditioners, advocating the adoption of environmental protection and technology.
