Themed by “tourism & holiday”, the project is planned to be built into a high-quality commercial complex integrating tourism, shopping, catering, leisure, entertainment, ecological office and hotels. To be specific, the Westin Hotel includes 353 guestrooms, and is the first five-star hotel introduced by Yitian Group since its strategic transformation in 2002.
Located beside the Westin Hotel, Shenzhen Yitian Holiday Plaza integrates international shopping, global delicacies, leisure & entertainment and many other composite functions, adopts “A luxury cruise in a city” as its design concept, and was awarded “Gold Prize for International Commercial Real Estate Planning” by the International Commercial Real Estate Expo held in Cannes, France in 2004. After completion, it becomes an important civic centre in Shenzhen, and drives the development of nearby urban areas.
