The project oriented as a landmark project in downtown Xuzhou integrates high-end shopping centre, grade-A office building, five-star hotels and high-end serviced apartments. The annularly-arranged podiums are joined with five towers, and the planes of the towers present a long ellipse-shaped conjunction; combined with the horizontal lines of the facade, an intense ring-link rising form is created, and concluded by the 266m-high office tower. In the middle of the plot there is a sinking-type plaza that is connected with ground, underground and external spaces via three pedestrian paths; integrating surrounding urban textures and combing interior and exterior decorations, a 3D open and public spatial pattern is thus produced.
