General Drawing Service Overview
The General Drawing Service Unit is mainly responsible for CCDI’s field design. We provide clients with consultation, design and advisory services during different phases of a project, including site plan, schematic design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and construction cooperation.

We provide clients with consultation, design and advisory services during different phases of a project, including site plan, schematic design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and construction cooperation.
Our scope of services include determination of planimetric position relationships between individual buildings, roads, sites and landscapes;, identification of technical indicators and practices for roads, sites and landscapes;, provision of safe (including water log control, fire control, traffic accident prevention, anti-terrorism, major disaster protection), economical, and reasonable (meeting users’ requirements) ground facilities;, determination of vertical plans according to geographic conditions land forms and surrounding infrastructure conditions to reduce ground leveling costs and protect the environment investment;,
straightening out relationship between underground pipelines and underground structures to rationally determine reasonable identification of pipeline directions and according to the relationship between underground pipelines and underground structures to reduce investment costs.
