In the centre of the base there is a green axis running from east to west, and it is transformed into an open principal axis through its combination with commerce, catering, bars and other supporting public functions; relying on the fishbone-shaped pattern of “one horizontal and one longitudinal, penetrating from north to south”, the plot is ingeniously divided into six relatively independent and non-interfering functional zones.
