As one of the China Resources MixC series projects located in Ganzhou, it has inherited the model of integrated development of commerce, office, hotels, apartments and residences, and aims to provide an urban life place for residents and shoppers and to create an important block centre in this area. It consists of two functional units, which are comprehensively planned in terms of land use planning, development plan, spatial form, resources utilization and so forth for the purpose of improving the vitality and sustainable lifestyle of the plot. Large-scale commercial centres and well-proportioned street commerce and squares are all places of living, shopping and entertainment for residents, and will penetrate through the development of the entire plot.
