Following Las Vegas, New York's Fifth Avenue, Tokyo's Ginza and the commercial districts of many other metropolises as its blueprints, Eontime (Yinchuan) Indoor Theme Park is a brand-new business model derived on the basis of Shopping Mall and American-style Lifestyle Centre, and it emphasizes experiential shopping through the integration of “shopping” and “experience”. It has also taken example by the operation patterns of Disneyland, Lotte World and so forth, and striven to transform the urban business model from a pure shopping place into an urban entertainment destination through the building of a large-scale urban theme park.
Considering the absence of a successful large-scale indoor theme park, we have fully explored our advantages in our familiarity with the theme park industry and our expert strength, and joined hands with the design and operation management team of Eontime and the foreign recreational design team at the conceptual scheme stage of the project, with the aim of providing professional advices regarding its promotion, cooperation interface, interaction between commerce and theme park, parking system design based on park configuration requirements, structural load, electromechanical system and other specific implementation issues.
