Z15 project is a primary landmark tower in Beijing, and has a vital role in defining the image of the capital. The tower is 528m in height, and, as the highest building in Beijing, it will occupy a critical position in both CBD and central park and add a new peak for Beijing’s urban skylines. The styling of the tower is inspired by the Chinese traditional sacrificial vessel “Zun” and realized through abstraction and proportional optimization, so as to not only retain the unique arc effect of “Zun” but also achieve elegance and grace in proportion.

As the whole-process BIM consultant of “Z15 Tower”, CCDI has provided full-scale consulting services for the Owner, including BIM service planning, flow design, modeling & service standard establishment, consulting unit BIM capability training, achievement review & acceptance, etc., with a view to build the first landmark project in domestic which applies BIM comprehensively to architectural design, engineering construction and operational maintenance. In BIM service planning, the consulting team has creatively compiled the Guidelines for BIM Implementation, and provided a unified BIM implementation standard for design, construction, supervision and other institutions, so as to make convenience for the coordination of the construction process by the Owner.

CCDI strives to provide “whole-process BIM consultation and assistant management” of higher values and technical capability requirements for its Client, and to integrate the first-class technical supports provided by AUTODESK, BENTLEY, CATIA and other world-famous software companies as the general contractor of the project.
