The greening adopts multi-layer layout and local plants; the lighting adopts energy-saving lamps, with a power density of no higher than the target value; the design also adopts VRV & fresh air/exhaust heat exchange, solar energy hot water, solar photovoltaic technique, rainwater recovery, greening & irrigation, hollow floor construction technology, CO & CO2 monitoring, metering & energy platform, and intelligent system & platform.
