• The aboveground part integrates three major functions, i.e., apartment building, office building and Phoenix business podium.
•The office building with the most significant image is seated beside Shennan Avenue, and covers Phoenix Satellite Television’s and auxiliary administrative office and commercial office buildings.
•The apartment building integrates three major functions, i.e., commerce, service apartment and business apartment, and is laid out on the east side of the site.
•Phoenix business podium also integrates three major functions, i.e., studio production, media commerce and clubs, the latter two of which are laid out along the north side of the podium and join hands with the arcade to create a commercial interface that extends inside the “urban living room”.

Architectural design

•The “urban living room” is a gray space that integrates indoor and outdoor space as well as aboveground and underground space, and is well equipped with various functions like leisure, entertainment, sightseeing, shopping and so forth. Located at the intersection of the office, apartment and business podium, it enriches the space of the city, connects the landscape of the garden in the city center with the greening belt of Shennan Avenue and effectively breaks the existing mechanical and rigid internal space, thus endowing the entire space with both the sense of mobility and the vitality of life.
•It also provides a humanized lounge for the entire complex, and, through designing sparkling water surface, dancing bamboo forest and well-arranged greening arbors, it effectively endows the complex with an ecological vitality and a higher cultural taste.

Curtain wall design：
•As a well-known carrier of modern cultural media, China Phoenix Tower is avant-garde and open in facade design, applies metal surface in large area to break the original framework structure and creates bold horizontal and longitudinal lines and fragmented forms in the facade, embodying its innovation and passions in all the details.
•On the east facade of the podium, a huge steel plate structure extends from the bottom to the roof garden, takes a turn in the roof garden and the provides coverage for the outdoor swimming pool, presenting a magnificent and coherent appearance.
